“I first started seeing Dr. Du back in 2019 after an ankle injury, and he helped me recover faster than I expected. Since then, he’s been my go-to for just about everything — back pain, wrist issues, anxiety, and a host of other things over the years. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and has an amazing bedside manner. He always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the process.”

CLIENT HUB

Your Resources for Holistic Care

Welcome to the Client Hub! This space is designed to make your care simple, organized, and stress-free. Whether you are preparing for your first appointment or scheduling a follow-up, you will find all the essential resources you need for our Delray Beach and Sunrise locations here.

New Patient Preparation

Before your first visit, please call the office (Delray or Sunrise) to complete a brief patient intake questionnaire over the phone. This helps Dr. Du prepare your personalized care plan.

FAQ: First Visit Preparation

  • Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and have a light meal or snack 1–2 hours before your session. If you have any recent lab reports or medical notes, please bring them with you.

  • Do not brush or scrape your tongue on the day of your visit. The appearance of your tongue is a crucial diagnostic map in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that helps Dr. Du identify patterns of disharmony.

  • Your initial session, which includes a comprehensive analysis and your first care session, lasts approximately 90 minutes. Follow-up sessions are typically 45–60 minutes.

Ongoing Care & Convenience

Follow-Up Scheduling: To schedule your next session, please call the office you wish to visit directly.

Herbal Refills: To request a refill of your custom-compounded formula, please call our office 48 hours in advance.

FAQ: Logistics & Payment

  • Dr. Du operates as a self-pay provider and is out-of-network with all insurance companies. We do not bill insurance directly. However, we are happy to provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) which you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and are happy to process payments using your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.

  • We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need of care. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Holistic Health Glossary

Dr. Du's work specializes in addressing patterns of disharmony that manifest a vast range of symptoms. While our main Conditions page focuses on the most common needs, the full scope of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is much broader.
